Ring Power offers extended service coverage in a number of areas
 EXTENDED SERVICE COVERAGE FOR TRUCK ENGINES
Caterpillar offers an optional repair
cost protection plan for owners of Truck and Commercial engines. The coverage pays
100% of parts and labor charges for any covered failures caused by defects in materials
or workmanship less a deductible charge. The cost and duration of the coverage is
dependent on the coverage chosen and application of the engine. Please contact us

TRUCK ENGINE SERVICE: CHASSIS DYNO
We have eight chassis dynos within our service
operations located in Jacksonville, Daytona, Orlando, Palm Bay, Tampa, Tallahassee,
Ocala, and Lake City, Florida. We perform horsepower checks, as well as, a more
in-depth Power Analysis Report (PAR), which allows us to evaluate the performance
of your Caterpillar truck engine. By measuring engine and wheel horsepower, fuel
rate, engine coolant temperature, boost, and intake temperatures we can make sure
your engine is running at peak performance. All testing is accompanied by a detailed
report of the test results.
VIBRATION ANALYSIS FOR TRUCK ENGINES, GENERATORS, AND AIR COMPRESSORS
We can provide an in-depth vibration analysis on engines, generators, air compressors, or most
any type of equipment. We take detailed measurements at specific points and evaluate
the data to determine if there is any abnormal vibration due to mechanical problems.
RV / TRUCK ENGINE OR GENERATOR REPAIR
Our full service truck service facilities
can troubleshoot and repair your engine and get you back on the road quickly. We
also provide complete preventative maintenance programs to keep your RV up and running.
We offer emergency roadside assistance and can arrange for towing when needed.
FULL SERVICE TRUCK REPAIR
Ring Powers' Full Service Truck Repair facilities can
provide repairs or maintenance on your truck engine as well as repairs to chassis,
suspension, brakes, electrical, and drivetrain components. We have alignment machines
in our Ocala, Tallahassee and Gainesville shops. With 8 Chassis Dynos we can verify
that your truck engine is performing up to PAR. A CAT Power Analysis Report verifies
horsepower, fuel consumption rates as well as many other vital engine pressures
and temperatures for proper operation. We also handle most trailer repairs. Our
shops are located all over North and Central Florida, open Monday through Friday.
We also provide 24 hours emergency road side service and we can arrange towing when
needed. We can also tailor a maintenance program to meet your needs. Maintenance
