The Ring Power Corporation Apprenticeship Program is a 36-month, “earn while you learn” opportunity designed to launch your career as a service technician. Through a blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, e-learning, and instructor-led training, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
Apprentices receive a dedicated toolbox and earn credits toward tool purchases throughout the program—redeemable upon completion. Along the way, you’ll build a strong foundation in safety and technical skills while working side-by-side with experienced mentors.
In addition, Ring Power has partnered with Santa Fe College to create a clear pathway to higher education. Graduates of the state-registered apprenticeship program can earn 27 college credit hours toward an Associate of Science degree—nearly half the credits needed to graduate—giving you a strong head start on both your career and your education.
Graduates of the program advance to Entry-Level II Technician roles within their assigned specialties, ready to contribute from day one.
At Ring Power, learning doesn’t stop after your apprenticeship. We invest in continuous development to keep our technicians ahead of the curve.
As a Caterpillar Inc. Regional Dealer Learning Center, Ring Power provides on-site training led by factory-trained instructors with real-world service experience. Our training facilities in St. Augustine and Tampa feature advanced labs for engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostics.
In addition to technical training, employees have access to courses in safety, leadership, customer service, and other professional skills—helping you grow in every aspect of your career.
