Are you interested in improving your Equipment Operators' skills to help them work more efficiently and safely? If so, this training is for you. Certified by Caterpillar, our Operator Training Team brings decades of on-the-job experience, including a wealth of skills and knowledge on operating techniques, productivity, safety, and equipment care.
Our Operator Training Program will assist you in complying with Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training regulations and the American National Standards Institute’s (ANSI) responsibilities and best practices for AWP and RTFL machines.
We also offer a Train-the-Trainer course to become an AWP/RTFL operator safety trainer.
Ring Power can bring training to you via our Cat Simulators trailer, and we also sell Cat Simulators if you'd like to have your own. In addition to developing the technical skills needed to operate heavy equipment, Cat Simulators users will develop motor skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Using Cat Simulators for training directly supports safety initiatives. Cat Simulators are built with authentic Cat Controls and have job-site training modules. including a wealth of skills and knowledge on operating techniques, productivity, safety, and equipment care.
A Regional Dealer Learning Center (RDLC) operates as an extension of Caterpillar’s Learning Center. Ring Power is proud to serve as a Regional Dealer Learning Center, offering hands-on experience with CAT engines and equipment. Please contact us for our current RDLC schedule.
